Refund & Return Policy

At RelievX™, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality wellness and recovery products designed for everyday comfort and support. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product received is:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • incorrect,
  • or significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the product must be unused,
  • in its original packaging,
  • and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and wellness safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, including:

  • personal care products,
  • recovery gels or creams,
  • massage and wellness accessories that come into direct body contact.

Products showing signs of heavy usage, physical damage, or tampering may also not qualify for returns or refunds.


Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to:

  • the original payment method for prepaid orders,
    or
  • via bank transfer/UPI for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our side.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos/videos of the product,
  • and packaging images.

Our support team will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
